Portal Objectives

1 Bring transparency and accountability to the placement agency sector by digitising the entire registration lifecycle.
2 Ensure compliance with the Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Act and associated rules.
3 Provide a single window for all interactions between placement agencies and the regulatory authority.
4 Reduce physical paperwork, prevent document fraud, and enable faster processing of applications.
5 Enable real-time monitoring of registered agencies by the department and inspection authorities.
6 Protect domestic workers and job seekers by ensuring only verified and licensed agencies operate.
